  • A cross-sector and cross-disciplinary approach, with a focus on creative thinking and innovation. This includes the application of lean/agile methodologies to the NFP sector.
  • An innovative group facilitator, with a focus on not just presenting to, but engaging with an audience
  • An approachable, collaborative working style, with a focus on empowering people and working to individual’s and organisational strengths.
  • Strong research and report/resource writing skills, including the ability to consult deeply and effectively with a range of audiences.
